Returns Policy

Rizzy Home stands behind every product it sells with a goal of 100% satisfaction for “you” the customer. From time to time, there may be an issue with a product. We have designated our return policy to ensure that any problem is efficiently resolved. Please note the steps in our return policy below:

  1. If your order(s) are damaged by the carrier, refuse the shipment and notify Rizzy Home or the carrier. Please make sure to note any visible damage(s) on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. If the shipping damage is discovered after the goods have been received, report all the damage to the Rizzy Home Returns Department within 5 business days of receiving the goods. Rizzy Home cannot honor any returns or damage claims after the 5 day period. After being notified, we will issue a damage call tag, file a claim, and then issue credit.
  2. Inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify the Rizzy Home Returns Department within 30 business days from receipt of the merchandise. Rizzy Home will accept approved returns for a 15% restock fee and freight both ways. You will be responsible for arranging return transportation for non-defective returns. The returned goods must be in the original packaging material or something equivalent. Rizzy Home merchandise should be returned as prepaid freight through the appropriate carrier. We regret that we cannot accept C.O.D. packaging.
  3. When you contact the returns department, you will be issued a R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that all merchandise without a R.M.A. number will not be accepted - which includes returns and/or claims.
  4. We will issue a call tag for any defective merchandise. If upon inspection, we find the merchandise to be non-defective, we will charge a 15% restock fee and the cost of the freight will be charged to your account. When Rizzy Home issues a call tag, the return authorization number appears on the call tag. A carrier will bring the call tag to you. Please have the package(s) ready for pick-up.
  5. When a return is requested due to Rizzy Home error, we will issue a call tag or arrange other means of returning the merchandise. Credit will be given for the returned item and freight when the item is received by Rizzy Home. Rizzy Home errors include, but are not limited to: wrong color, wrong size, wrong address, wrong item, duplicate shipment, cancelled order, etc.
  6. Samples: In many instances, a customer may want to inspect a sample for color, quality, construction, etc. If available, we will provide requested sample size for inspection which may be returned within 30 days. The customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound freight on samples. Credit will be issued for the sample when it is received by Rizzy Home. No sample returns will be accepted after the 30 days.
  7. Please return all product(s) to Rizzy Home in the original or equivalent packaging. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back through a traceable tracking number. Please reference the R.M.A. number on the outside of the package to our returns address.
